TEMPE, AZ - An 81-year-old Tempe man was beaten to death by teenagers while attending his granddaughters wedding in Virginia, in an apparently random attack. George Bakers son Gregg Baker, whose daughter was getting married, remembers his fathers last day. [He was] hugging his granddaughter at her wedding reception, telling her how beautiful she looked, telling her how much he loved her. We are strong, but it still makes me sick, said Leslie Gahagan, the bride. How could you do that to an old man? Two 16-year-olds and a 13-year-old have been charged with murder. Prosecutors say they will decide...

Gov. Brewer screwed the pooch in that last debate she had...no doubt about that. It was a bad performance, but as we all know a good debater does not make a good leader. Bush was alright at debating but not stellar in any way shape or form. When it came to running and protecting this nation however he WAS great. Not perfect but no human being is. The liberals-jumped-all over-the Brewer-debate and highlighted it in multiple blog posts all over the web hoping this would somehow prevent her re-election and the Democrat pool could grow with illegals again swarming throughout...

In a stunning development that could potentially send the nation into a Constitutional crisis, an astute attorney who is well-versed in Constitutional law states that the ruling against the State of Arizona by Judge Susan Bolton concerning its new immigration law is illegal. The attorney in question submitted her assertion in a special article in the Canada Free Press. Her argument states in part, Does anyone read the U.S. Constitution these days? American lawyers dont read it. Federal Judge Susan R. Bolton apparently has never read it. Same goes for our illustrious Attorney General Eric Holder. But this lawyer has...

By now, unless you have been living in a cave, you have heard the discussion about the passage of the controversial immigration bill, SB 1070, which in reality is only what the federal government is supposed to be doing - protect our borders. One of the things that we as sportsmen should look at is the impact on wildlife and outdoor recreation, including hunting, that is affected by the constant flow of illegal aliens into Arizona. I, for one, have quit even applying for any big-game tags down south, as I have no desire to deal with illegal aliens and...

Abuse Of Power: Our misnamed Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against an Arizona sheriff at the top of the administration's enemies list. Prosecute border sheriffs and sue states but protect the Black Panthers? Gotcha. The Justice Department has filed a lawsuit against the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, the county itself and outspoken Sheriff Joe Arpaio. The suit alleges that the sheriff's office is in violation of civil rights laws by refusing for 17 months to fully cooperate with an investigation into police practices and jail operations. The federal probe itself deals with alleged discrimination, unconstitutional searches and seizures,...
